Ángeles Aguinaga joined Lexvalor Abogados as an associate lawyer in 2018 after working at prestigious law firms and in both public and private sector entities.

She has over eight years of experience in the commercial, company, and corporate law areas and has worked on developing civil contracting structures as well as in the area of legal risk analysis and management.

She was on the legal team of one of the largest fund and trust administrators in the country and was employed as an in-house lawyer for the Uribe Schwarzkopf business group. She currently provides comprehensive counsel to high-profile companies on real estate, corporate, stock market, and civil and commercial contract matters.
