Carlos Coronel is a founding partner of the Lexvalor Abogados Tax Department. He joined the firm in 2009 after extensive professional experience handling tax affairs in the public sector, at law firms, and for important auditing companies.

As the director of the firm’s tax law area, he counsels national and multinational companies on local and international taxation matters and represents our clients in the nation’s courts. Additionally, he advises family groups on estate planning.

His most recent legal guidance has focused on such diverse sectors as the fuel, pharmaceutical, financial service, food, real estate, retail, and transportation industries.
