Cristian Álvarez is a Lexvalor Abogados associate lawyer who joined the firm in 2017 after a career at private firms and in the State Comptroller General’s Office.

He has substantial experience and a solid track record in legal risk analysis, structuring, and management of trust business and has also advised on legal structuring of investment funds. He is currently the legal counsel and representative for the largest fund and trust administrator in Ecuador.

He rounds out his practice with comprehensive counsel in corporate, real estate, and stock market matters as well as in civil and commercial contract law to prestigious companies and institutions. He also provides counsel in jurisdictional and constitutional guarantee proceedings.
