Dayana Fuenmayor is a member of the Corporate Law team at Lexvalor Abogados.

She has experience in the Stock Exchange area, having advised issuers, broker-dealers, bondholders' representatives, and credit rating agencies on the legal structuring of debt securities offerings, payment deferral agreements, amendments to registered public offerings, and tender offer transactions.

In the corporate and commercial law, she has advised clients on corporate formations, mergers, mergers by absorption, corporate dissolutions and liquidations, as well as the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial and civil agreements.

She has served as in-house counsel at Uribe y Schwarzkopf Ingenieros y Arquitectos S.A., providing legal advice on real estate, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and trust-related matters, and actively participating in the analysis of legal risk in coordination with the company’s internal departments.

Her litigation experience includes representing clients in civil litigation and insolvency proceedings. As outside counsel to Banco del Pacífico, she also led negotiations and the successful execution of out-of-court settlement agreements.

In addition, she advises clients on family law matters, including the establishment of legal parentage, division of marital property, divorce proceedings, and guardianship matters.
