Indira Mendía is a member of the Corporate Law team at Lexvalor Abogados.

Her professional practice focuses on Corporate, Real Estate, and Energy Law, with an emphasis on the preparation of due diligence, as well as on advising companies in the sector on the day-to-day legal matters of their business and on drafting and reviewing contracts.

Before joining Lexvalor Abogados, she was an Associate Lawyer at Bustamante Fabara and Heka Abogados, where she provided comprehensive and personalized legal advice to national and international companies in the real estate, natural resources, and corporate areas, participating in the development of legal strategies and the procurement of permits for construction companies, due diligence for the acquisition of mining and oil companies, as well as contract review and corporate advisory.

She also has experience as a legal intern at the Provincial Court of Justice of Pichincha, at the Banco del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social (BIESS), and at Troya Camacho & Asociados.
