Throughout his career he has worked in the private sector, providing comprehensive legal counsel to national and foreign for-profit and non-profit organizations and individuals.
Jorge focuses his professional practice on customs law, successfully counseling and representing clients in administrative proceedings and lawsuits before the various district tax disputes courts throughout the country as well as the National Court of Justice.
He currently provides professional services to the Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce as an external customs advisor.
