Juan Francisco Almeida joined Lexvalor Abogados in 2008 and was promoted to partner in 2014. Throughout his career he has worked in the trust, corporate, real estate, and dispute resolution law areas and is fully experienced in putting together all types of business and real estate projects as well as in dispute resolution.

His command of business and financial law has led him to concentrate primarily on the firm’s corporate practice, with particular focus on facilitating all types of business deals and projects, funding for urban and energy projects, and reorganizing business groups, as well as on acquisitions, mergers, and takeovers, including the drafting of shareholder agreements, share purchase and sale agreements, and other such necessary documents.

As a corporate law area coordinator, he brings to his efforts on behalf of clients proven expertise in counseling startups, new business generation, and dispute resolution regarding contractual compliance and enforcement through commercial lawsuits and diverse types of arbitration.
