Karla Villacís Echeverría is a Lexvalor Abogados partner who joined the firm in 2005 after developing her career at prestigious real estate firms and an important law firm in Quito.

She directs the labor and employment law area and co-manages the corporate and real estate law areas.

She is highly skilled in counseling national and multinational firms in the areas of real estate, corporate, and labor law and counsels companies in labor suits throughout the country.

Karla has over 15 years of experience in handling equity and real estate structuring, civil and labor contracting, workplace risks and social security matters, expatriation of workers, labor litigation, and corporate counsel to companies in coordination with LATAM regional offices and international headquarters. She gives training courses on labor issues at chambers of production as well as in-house seminars for companies.
