Mariela Moreno joined Lexvalor Abogados in 2013 and now directs the firm’s Banking and Finance Department. She has experience in structuring trusts and collaborates closely with the firm’s trust business area. Additionally, she counsels important national companies regarding real estate, corporate, and stock market matters and in trust litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.

Mariela has been part of the teaching staff at Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar since 2016 in the Advanced Specialization in Grassroots and Solidarity Economy and in the Advanced Specialization in Financial, Securities, and Insurance Law.
