Massiel Roldán is a Lexvalor Abogados associate lawyer who joined the firm in 2022 as a paralegal and came on board as a lawyer in 2024. She practices in the corporate area of the firm handling company, commercial, and labor and employment matters.

 She was on the governing board of the Catholic University Student Federation (Federación de Estudiantes de la Universidad Católica del Ecuador), Quito branch.
