Ricardo Peñaherrera is a Lexvalor Abogados partner who began his career at the firm in 2017 and currently leads the Competition and the Data Protection Departments.
His professional career has focused on competition and antitrust law, counseling top-tier business groups in a variety of economic sectors, including retail, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage products, real estate, fast-moving consumer goods, medical supplies, and textiles.
He specializes in representing clients in sanctions and merger control proceedings before the national regulatory authorities.
As head of the Data Protection Department, he provides ongoing legal counsel to national and multinational companies across the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and retail industries, among others.
