Santiago Aguirre is the director of the Lexvalor Abogados Real Estate Department. Before joining the firm, he had held the position of acting legal director of the Galapagos National Park Service, a Ministry of the Environment agency, prior to which he had worked at two prominent Quito law firms.

Santiago has more than nine years of experience counseling national and foreign companies on acquiring, financing, and promoting real estate projects. His practice in this area has given him extensive experience in regulatory issues, both at the municipal and central government levels.

In addition to his work in real estate law, he is experienced in the areas of probate, company, and administrative law.
