Tamia Guamán is a Lexvalor Abogados lawyer who joined the firm in 2013 as a paralegal and has since made her way into the securities, real estate, and company law areas. In the latter branch of law, she has focused on corporate restructuring and due diligence processes and has counseled numerous companies on these matters.

Tamia has extensive experience in counseling foreign companies, which has enabled her to gain an intimate knowledge of the special challenges such companies face when doing business in Ecuador. She currently works in-house at a company with a long history in the country, and seeing its everyday workings up close has given her a broader and more practical understanding of the client’s needs.
