Our associate José Xavier Endara participated as co-author of the Twelfth Annual Global Report: National Regulatory Trends in Human Resources Law published by the Global Employment Institute of the International Bar Association.
The report had the collaboration of lawyers from 54 countries around the world and deals with topics such as: artificial intelligence and technology, protection of workers’ personal data, diversity and inclusion policies, flexible work, wage equality, among other current global issues on human resources.
