Eduardo Espinoza is part of the Intellectual Property team at Lexvalor Abogados.

He joined the firm in 2023 as a legal assistant and has been working as a junior associate lawyer since 2026. His professional practice focuses on intellectual property, administrative law, and administrative and judicial litigation in defense of national and international companies.

He also advises on the structuring, protection, and management of intangible assets, including strategies for registering, maintaining, and defending trademark portfolios, as well as handling contentious and guardianship proceedings related to the protection of intellectual property rights.

He complements his professional practice with academia and legal research. He has published articles in Mundo ASIPI and The Legal Industry Review (Legal Industry) and has experience in student leadership as Vice President and Director of the Training and Diplomatic Negotiation Club at the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. He has also participated in various competitions and training opportunities related to public international law, international humanitarian law, criminal law, constitutional law, banking law, and civil law.

In addition, he integrates technology and programming tools into his practice, participating as a software developer focused on process optimization and legal information management.
