Her experience includes involvement in real estate structures under an in-house modality, supporting infrastructure projects, construction entities, and operations related to real estate trusts, documentary management, regulatory compliance, and coordination with public and private entities.
Before joining Lexvalor Abogados, she worked as an Attorney at Morales & Asociados, providing support in corporate, civil, real estate, and administrative judicial matters. She also served as an In-House Legal Assistant in the real estate sector, handling responsibilities related to infrastructure, contractual documentation, and fiduciary operations. Her background additionally includes experience in corporate, tax, administrative matters, state litigation support, and intellectual property.
