Camila Villarreal is a member of the Good Corporate Governance team at Lexvalor Abogados.

Her professional practice focuses on Business Law, with a particular emphasis on Good Corporate Governance. She advises national and international companies, including family-owned businesses, on the implementation of governance policies and standards, providing direct support to boards of directors and shareholders in strategic decision-making. Her approach combines legal risk prevention with the strengthening of transparent and sustainable corporate structures.

Before joining Lexvalor Abogados, she developed her practice at Pérez Bustamante & Ponce in the Tax and Family Office area, where she gained experience in tax planning and in the structuring of business groups’ and families’ assets. During her internship, she participated in the design of tax strategies, regulatory compliance reviews, and support in the management of complex corporate structures. In addition, she has complemented her training with practice in civil proceedings and administrative procedures, which has allowed her to consolidate a comprehensive vision of Business Law, bridging corporate perspectives with regulatory experience and management.
