Gabriel Aguirre Padilla is a Senior Lawyer in the Labor Law team at Lexvalor Abogados.

His professional practice focuses on advising both national and international companies on their day-to-day operations, as well as representing them in administrative and judicial proceedings to defend their interests. He also has experience advising on and managing the process of diagnosing and evaluating legal compliance in data protection matters, along with implementing measures to ensure proper fulfillment of legal obligations. He has advised major national and international companies in this area

Prior to joining Lexvalor, Gabriel held leadership roles in prominent law firms, heading their labor law departments. He has been recognized by several international rankings, including Lexology Index (Who's Who Legal), Leaders League, and Legal 500.

In his public sector experience, Gabriel served as the Director of Regulations at the Superintendency of Banks, where he was a permanent delegate for the approval sessions of resolutions from the Board of Financial Policy and Regulation, as well as representing the Superintendency in negotiations of international agreements with the Ministry of Production.
