She graduated as an Attorney-at-Law from Universidad San Francisco de Quito (Cum Laude). During her academic training, she was a Junior Editor and Associate of the USFQ Law Review and served as a teaching assistant in the Contracts subject. Her international training includes studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; Law Seminar at Yale University; and her participation as a representative of USFQ in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Mediation Competition in Paris, as part of the only Ecuadorian team participating in the competition.
