Her professional practice is primarily focused on Labor Law, an area in which she has developed solid experience in preventive counseling, judicial representation, and administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute (IESS). She complements her profile with knowledge in Corporate, Tax, Civil, and Social Security Law, providing specialized consultancy to national and multinational companies on contractual, corporate, and regulatory matters.
She has conducted training sessions on labor topics and has participated as a speaker in academic courses and seminars in the field.
She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in labor law at Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES).
