Juan Ignacio Piñeiros is a member of the Tax Law team at Lexvalor Abogados.

His professional practice focuses on tax advisory services and on assisting clients in tax assessment procedures, tax refund processes, and tax litigation before administrative and judicial authorities.

He has experience in the analysis of tax contingencies, review of tax obligations, and evaluation of tax risks, as well as in assisting taxpayers during tax audits and disputes with the Tax Administration. He also participates in the development of tax compliance and tax optimization strategies aimed at ensuring the proper management of tax obligations for both individuals and companies.

He complements his practice with knowledge in Mining and Hydrocarbons Law, Corporate Law, and Administrative Law, as well as training in finance, providing support in regulatory matters and in structuring legal solutions with tax implications for companies and individual clients.
