María Emilia Acevedo is a member of the Corporate Law team at Lexvalor Abogados.

Her professional practice focuses on corporate legal advisory, particularly in the structuring of corporate transactions, analysis of asset restructurings, and preparation of corporate acts. Throughout her career, she has supported legal and tax consulting processes, as well as the monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings.

She also has experience providing legal advisory within financial institutions, with particular emphasis on contract drafting and review, negotiation processes, portfolio management, and legal analysis of financial operations.
