Practice Areas
Mariela Moreno is the director of the Banking/Financial Area at Lexvalor Abogados. She joined the firm in 2013. She is part of the Banking, Trust, Dispute Resolution, and Administrative Law areas, with experience in structuring trust businesses, designing guarantee mechanisms and their execution, as well as providing real estate, corporate, administrative, and capital markets advice to major national companies. She also advises prominent companies on litigation, arbitration, and mediation processes related to her areas of practice.
Since 2016, Mariela has been part of the faculty at the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, Ecuador campus, teaching in the Master’s in Financial, Securities, and Insurance Law.
