Matías Aguilar is a member of the Corporate team at Lexvalor Abogados.

His professional practice focuses on Corporate and Labor Law, with an emphasis on providing comprehensive legal advice to companies. Furthermore, he possesses a solid background in litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), with comprehensive experience in the substantiation of arbitration cases and the facilitation of mediation agreements, both from the perspective of legal counsel and institutional management.

Before joining Lexvalor, he served as a Legal Assistant at the National Procedural Coordination of the Internal Revenue Service (SRI), where he provided support in judicial proceedings and legal research for the National Coordination.

In his private sector practice, he was part of the litigation and labor departments of one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in Ecuador. He also contributed to the USFQ Arbitration and Mediation Center, where he successfully managed arbitration and mediation processes, actively participating in dispute resolution.
