Practice Areas
She advises both domestic and international clients at the administrative level, especially in the preparation, structuring, and submission of information before public entities, as well as in the design of defense strategies against actions taken by public authorities. She also has experience in tax litigation and in handling complex administrative proceedings.
Throughout her professional career, she has served as an advisor at the National Court of Justice, working directly on case management alongside the Associate Justice of the Specialized Chamber for Administrative and Tax Matters. This role enabled her to develop solid expertise in the preparation, processing, and legal analysis of extraordinary appeals in cassation, as well as in participating in hearings before the National Court of Justice.
Additionally, she has been involved in bilateral negotiation and cooperation processes with the State and with international organizations, contributing to the drafting of legal inputs, regulatory analyses, and technical proposals within the framework of institutional projects and public capacity-building initiatives.
She is currently a member of the Institute of Administrative and Social Law Studies and serves as Secretary General of the Board of Directors of the International Fiscal Association – Latin America (IFA LATAM).
