Skary is a Senior Attorney at the firm, specializing in Administrative and Administrative Sanctioning Law, Public Procurement, Regulatory Law, Telecommunications, Constitutional Law, Energy and Strategic Sectors, and Administrative Litigation.

He has served as a Senior Attorney at Ecuador’s leading law firms, as well as in prominent public positions.

He was a Judicial Attorney for the Judicial Council, where he provided institutional representation and defense in judicial and extrajudicial cases related to administrative matters, public procurement, and constitutional law, as well as addressing and resolving claims and appeals in administrative proceedings. Additionally, he served as Legal Advisor to the Vice Ministry of Educational Management at the Ministry of Education and as an Attorney for the National Directorate of Public Procurement.
