Sophia Lobato is a Lexvalor Abogados associate lawyer who works in the firm’s corporate area. She has experience in handling corporate, intellectual property, and data protection issues.

She is currently an adjunct professor of Tort Law at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito. She has previously served as an associate lecturer in the In Rem Rights Course at Universidad de las Américas Ecuador and was a teaching assistant in the Intellectual Property, Theory of Obligations, Contracts, and the Commercial and Company Law courses at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.

She is a co-author of the “Ecuador” chapter of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance book Privacy Law: A Global Legal Perspective on Data Protection Relating to Advertising and Marketing.
