Valentina Rivadeneira Pinargote is part of the Corporate Law / Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team at Lexvalor Abogados.

Her professional practice is focused on Corporate Law, with an emphasis on advising companies on corporate, contractual, and commercial matters. She also concentrates her practice on resolving business disputes, providing strategic support in corporate conflicts.

Before joining Lexvalor, she was part of the Naranjo Martínez & Subía law firm, where she worked in the corporate and civil areas, participating in the resolution of corporate disputes and handling various legal procedures. She also served as a notarial assistant at the First Notary Office of Quito, where she supported the drafting and review of documents and notarial deeds.

She completed her studies at the College of Jurisprudence at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, with a sub-specialization in Corporate Law. She currently serves as Executive Secretary of USFQ Law Working Papers and is a member of the USFQ Honor Society for students with outstanding academic performance. She is also a member of the USFQ Semillero de Derecho Societario and a teaching assistant in courses such as Theory of the Norm, Subjects of Law, and Family Law.
