
In Competition, he has developed extensive experience handling all types of investigations conducted by the Superintendency of Economic Competition, which provides him with in-depth knowledge of the subject and a strategic vision of how to approach complex litigation before the regulatory body.
Before joining Lexvalor Abogados, in his public practice, he served as National Intendent of Investigation and Control of Abuse of Dominance, Restrictive Agreements and Practices, and as National Director of Investigation and Control of Abuse of Dominance, both positions at the Superintendency of Economic Competition. He litigated the most complex cases ever brought, laying the foundation for the analyses the Agency uses in its investigations to this day.
In his private practice, he was Head of the Competition Department at one of the most renowned law firms nationwide, where he represented and advised on the litigation of high-profile cases before the Superintendency of Economic Competition.
He is frequently invited to give talks about his practical experience in the field to understand how the Agency implements its processes.
