Agustín Barzallo is part of the Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Dispute Resolution teams at Lexvalor Abogados.

His professional practice focuses on business law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, advising companies on all aspects related to their regular operations. He also specializes in dispute resolution, representing various clients in complex disputes.

Before joining Lexvalor, he was part of renowned law firms in the country and completed his pre-professional internship at the National Directorate of International Affairs and Arbitration of the State Attorney General’s Office.

He studied at the College of Jurisprudence at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where he obtained his law degree with Cum Laude distinction. During his academic training, he participated in various national and international litigation competitions, standing out as the winner of the International Arbitration Competition organized by the Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad del Rosario.
