
His professional practice focuses on Litigation, Procedural Law, and Arbitration, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary litigation for the defense of national and international companies. He employs a corporate approach to successfully resolve disputes that arise in the daily operations of our clients.
Prior to joining Lexvalor, in his public sector practice, he served as Deputy Legal Manager and Legal Specialist for Litigation, both positions at the “Empresa Pública Estratégica Corporación Eléctrica del Ecuador CELEC EP – Unidad de Negocio Transelectric”.
In his private practice, he worked for over eight years at one of the world's most renowned global law firms, where he served as a Paralegal and later as an Associate in the areas of Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Labor Law, representing corporate clients in numerous high-profile judicial and extrajudicial proceedings. As part of the social responsibility inherent in the role of a lawyer, he also played a leading role in Pro-Bono matters, serving as Coordinator and later President of the Pro-Bono Committee at the national level of the aforementioned firm, participating in national and international social aid projects for individuals belonging to priority groups and Non-Governmental Organizations.
