He develops his professional practice in Dispute Resolution and Litigation, with experience in civil, family and administrative proceedings. His training is complemented with specialization in Real Estate Law, advising on transactions, contract negotiation and dispute resolution in projects.
He has extensive experience in the area of Data Protection, merging his knowledge in technologies with advice on privacy and digital security. In addition, Juan Pablo has a deep interest in Constitutional Law, with a solid jurisprudential understanding and particular focus on advising on jurisdictional guarantees and constitutional control.
He graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de Especialidades Espiritu Santo (UEES). He also holds a Diploma in Law and Information Technology from Universidade da Coruña and UEES. Committed to academia, he has been a member of the Editorial Team of JUEES Magazine, contributing to legal analysis.
