She directs the stock market, financial, and insurance areas and co-directs the corporate, company, labor and employment, and dispute resolution areas. She also deals with corporate matters, principally expansions, mergers, acquisitions, dissolutions, and liquidations.
In civil and family matters, Margoth specializes in structuring personal and business asset management frameworks and in matters regarding marriage, divorce, community property, and minor children.
She conducts dispute resolution processes on behalf of clients in all areas of her specialty at jurisdictional, extrajudicial, administrative, and arbitration venues.
